Tim joined Hill Fogg in 1984 after graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and has been a shareholder since 1989.
Tim is involved with business owners consulting on small business issues, strategies and compliance. He is actively involved in all areas of taxation planning and preparation, including individual, corporate, partnership, estates and trusts. Areas of emphasis include closely-held businesses in real estate, construction, government contractors, healthcare, restaurants, manufacturing and professional services. He also works with non-publicly owned businesses, HUD projects and employee benefit plans providing audit and assurance services.
Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He serves on advisory boards of various private companies. He currently is a board member for First National Bank and Joy to Share Inc. (a non-profit organization). He also serves on the Deacon Body of Piney Grove Baptist Church and has been the treasurer for more than 30 years.
